Covid-19 and the Medical Definition of Koch's postulates
#1
Koch's postulates: In 1890 the German physician and bacteriologist Robert Koch set out his celebrated criteria for judging whether a given bacteria is the cause of a given disease. Koch's criteria brought some much-needed scientific clarity to what was then a very confused field.

Koch's postulates are as follows:

The bacteria must be present in every case of the disease.
The bacteria must be isolated from the host with the disease and grown in pure culture.
The specific disease must be reproduced when a pure culture of the bacteria is inoculated into a healthy susceptible host.
The bacteria must be recoverable from the experimentally infected host.

Quebec emergency measures under the Public Health Act

(1) order compulsory vaccination of the entire population or any part of it against smallpox or any other contagious disease seriously threatening the health of the population and, if necessary, prepare a list of persons or groups who require priority vaccination [ without scientific evidence or proof ]  ???

A compulsory vaccination sounds like "The Front de libération du Québec (FLQ; "Quebec Liberation Front"; French pronunciation: [fʁɔ̃ d libeʁasjɔ̃ dy kebɛk]) was a separatist and Marxist-Leninist terrorist[1][2] and paramilitary group in Quebec.[3][4] Founded in the early 1960s, it was a militant part of the Quebec sovereignty movement. It conducted a number of attacks between 1963 and 1970,[5][6] which totalled over 160 violent incidents and killed eight people and injured many more.[6][7] These attacks culminated with the Montreal Stock Exchange bombing in 1969, and with the October Crisis in 1970, which began with the kidnapping of British Trade Commissioner James Cross. In the subsequent negotiations, Quebec Labour Minister Pierre Laporte was kidnapped and murdered by a cell of the FLQ." all over again.
