SamIPQualityScore IPQualityScore.com bad experience!

I own a new website catering to florists hosted by godaddy. I'm sharing my personal experience here for other people. So, very poor service at IPQualityScore.com, causing potential customers like myself to look elsewhere. In fact, I tried calling the 1 (800) 713-2618 several times in the last few days during business hours, but all calls to there sales department & technical department are redirected to voicemail. After I registered  I submitted a support ticket via Control Panel (a few days ago) but still no answer. Why should I wait, right? The good news, I'm now a cloudflare customer and I haven't looked back!
