Quote:A 48-year-old Regina woman has testified that what started as a coffee date with a charming gentleman ended with him driving her outside city limits and raping her nearly three years ago.

Gioulian Nikdima, 49, has been charged with sexual assault causing bodily harm.

Both testified Monday before Justice Fred Kovach at Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench, with Nikdima denying he did anything against her will and that she instigated having sex.

The complainant, however, told Kovach that she felt terrified and still suffers daily flashbacks.

"I feel like it's my fault, but I said no. I remember saying no," testified the woman, who is not being identified because of a publication ban.

Quote:A woman was arrested in Nashville after she allegedly lured a man into a robbery through a dating app.

Bailey Pluhar, 20, reportedly met the victim, Eric Ayala, through the app Plenty of Fish.

According to a report with the Metro Nashville Police Department, the two planned to meet up on Monday.

The victim told police that when he got to the home on Seymour Avenue, Pluhar invited him in. Yet, when they became intimate and started undressing that's when Ayala said the woman yelled for two men to come into the room.

The men beat him repeatedly, and the victim said he heard Pluhar yelled for the men to grab his pants which held $140 in the pocket. Ayala's injuries were so severe that he needed staples in his head.

Police stopped Pluhar near where the robbery took place. She was transported to East Precinct where she agreed to speak to police after waiving her rights. Pluhar made incriminating statements regarding her involvement in the robbery. She was charged with aggravated robbery.
