Samsung has finally returned back to me a message concerning this matter, lets wait and see what will be next as I mentioned I had contacted them several times in the last few years before and never no answer.
Do not forgot everyone I also mentioned that I was posting this and what they do not know is this website which allows me here to post is also very popular with millions of views so because they were never listening to my request but now they are completely aware of all of this as I added the link to the attached email to right here!!! ==================
