This I could tolerate, considering it is one of the cheaper subscriptions you can purchase out there. 

What really upset me started with a simple call to their customer service department to request a speed change. I figured, because my internet is painfully slow at times, I needed to upgrade to a faster speed (you get what you pay for was my train of thought).
